"The driver nice and polite. The company itself provided provided a very good price. The only thing that could be slightly developed is the communication prior to the trip. I had a typo on the booking and had to have 3 times to ask to update the typo(customer phone number) but never received the updated email. However the team on the phone were always polite. "
"Nothing went wrong. Covid restrictions meant he was not allowed to enter the terminal, but he texted to say where we could meet and turned up immediately. Very courteous driver and we'll mannered.
Driver did not try to be over friendly which we appreciated and conversed with us when we initiated conversation.
